We are very pleased to announce a new construction finance facility has gone live.
This fast growing, London based company are specialists in Groundworks and Civil Engineering. They provide turnkey solutions for commercial clients for all types of Groundworks, Civil Engineering, Streetworks and Hard Landscaping for both commercial and residential projects.
The company, led by an experienced team of blue chip professionals, realised the need for working capital support due to new client wins and winning additional projects with existing clients. With a Turnover projected to grow from £1M to £5M in the next 12 to 24 months, they were looking to release capital once they had received a payment certificate. This would help them to pay staff and suppliers on time and help with enabling costs for the new projects. They now have the confidence to take on extra projects, knowing they have a reliable source of funding in place.
The funding line has initially been set at £150,000, at a service fee of 0.7%, with an interest fee of 3.5% above base rate. The advance rate is 50% of their payment certificate value, which is available within 24 hours.
Our Managing Director Phil Murphy explained how delighted he was for our client. “Wise Factoring initially engaged with our client several months ago and a lot of work went on behind the scenes, working with three different construction finance funders to find the best fit and best deal possible. We supported the client to make sure their financial info was accurate and presented in the best possible manner. Wise Factoring have access to the small pool of construction finance specialist lenders in the UK and we work tirelessly to get our clients the right deal. We can’t wait to have a celebratory lunch and we’ll be supporting them throughtout this next stage of their remarkable growth.”
